Allergen Warning: Our facility processes nuts, seeds, and dairy. While we follow strict hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Contract: Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

Payment: We accept payments via the secure gateways integrated into our WooCommerce store. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Territory: We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be available subject to specific custom regulations.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of nuts and cafe products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Claims: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to ms@tcoda.com within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Shaygan Nuts Cafe and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our branding without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
