At Shaygan Nuts Cafe, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our nuts, coffee, and cafe products. Because we deal with perishable food items, our return policy is governed by health and safety standards in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of food items (nuts, seeds, coffee, etc.) are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been delivered to you, as we cannot guarantee their safety for resale.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will make it right.

Eligibility: You may request a refund or replacement if the product is damaged, contaminated, or if you received the wrong item.

Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Evidence Required: Please email ms@tcoda.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

3. Non-Perishable Items

If you purchased non-food items (such as coffee grinders, gift canisters, or merchandise):

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Shipping costs for returning non-perishable items are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Processing: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or packed.

After Processing: Once an order is “In Progress” or “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled due to the custom nature of our food preparation.

5. Refund Process

Once your claim is inspected and approved, we will notify you via email.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times within the UAE.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, send us an email at ms@tcoda.com.
